2 more obscurities

OK--I know Ive traded with some folks and Ive shared these before-but for the folks that did not get the discs--2 more tunes.

The first is by the Dutch band Astral bodies. A foursome from Amsterdam, this is off their Astral Beat disc.
Astral Bodies---I Cant Settle Down

This other tune is by President President whom, as best as I can tell, was a side project of 2 guys from somewhere.[:o)] Actually a song I was trying to refind for years--it was Cheetos that eventually emailed me my lost gem. And really..got no clue as to anything about these guys--was a song from a radio taped cassette around 81 or 82.

President President---All Good Men

Enjoy folks....

I posted this in the Scott Goddard thread but I think it'd peobably be more appropriate here seeing as how it's labeled "obscurities".

Some obscure songs I'm looking for are

D-Day - Too Young to Date

Julie Brown - The Homecoming Queen's Got a Gun.

and

Slow Children - President Am I

Are those available anywhere?

The Julie Brown song can be taken directly from Julie's MySpace webpage
www.myspace.com/juliebrown58. The quality is not perfect but at least we know its legit.

Yeah. I found that Julie Brown song there. That is why I (tried to) edit(ed) my message.

Thanks for your help though. [:)] I'm finding that to be harder to come by around here as of late..

I'm still looking for info on Slow Children and D-Day if anyone else knows anything..

Here is:

<a href="http://www.cyberus.ca/~cs/D-Day - Too young to date.mp3">D-Day - Too young to date</a>

It is fairly widely available on the Just Can't Get Enough: New Wave Hits Of The '80s (Vol. 1, I believe) from Rhino. It is OOP, but comes up frequently (and quite cheap) on E-bay.
