Can't wait until all the material comes out in digital format - "Michael and Miranda" featuring my favourite track of theirs "Oh No It's you!" in a crystal clear version rather than crackly 26 year old copy, a dream come true!![:D]

Barbara Gogan also offers a CD of the singles, though they are obviously taken from vinyl ( It also has a couple of live tracks). She also has her post-Passions work available and some video work she has done on the rest of the site.

Mathman, The Passions gave away an EP of 4 songs from a live performance with the single "Africa Mine", I should imagine that the two live tracks on Barbara's version of the single's CD are from that.

For those of you wondering, the stuff she's got on her site that is her more recent non-Passions work is very, very different to her old band's style. I don't want to seeme prejudical or try and talk any of you out of giving it a go but I can't listen to it - too atonal and "new age" for my poor old pop loving mind!

That CD is just a used copy, and someone better get it considering its rarity. I think I got my copy back in 97. Would love an official 'Sanctuary' reissue. It's their best, IMO...

The Passion Plays quality is superb, I bought one last week. Its also legal which means the band gets the royalties due to them.

Hmm, this is actually an interesting concept. They certainly still sound like CD-Rs given that I can go out and buy silver-colored "audio" CD-Rs and burn them as Red Book disk-at-once volumes myself. They're certainly not from glass-masters transfered to traditional CD-ROM aluminum surfaces and likely still use an organic dye-based recording layer prone to quicker degradation.

However, I'm sure you're right that they initially probably sound exactly the same. If it helps bring more physical copies of otherwise unaccessible titles to market, I'd be for it...with full disclosure.

Here's "I Radiate". I've had this song for every bit of 25 + years, so bear in mind the sound quality from the tdk cassette.Tried to clean it up a bit.

I really never gave this tune a chance till a few years ago sifting thru old tapes and had no idea it was the same band as I never heard anything from them till a year or two back.
