Hi,
Good day to everyone! Can somebody please help me identify the title and artist of this song, it says in the chorus of the song "when lightning strikes" and it sounds like The Cure but I'm not so sure..I think this question is a no-brainer to the many new wave afficionados here in nwoutpost[;)] Thanks and More power!!

Sorry to bring bad news, but it is not F Machine's "Swimming Pool". Here are the lyrics to the chorus of the F Machine song:

"It would be so cool
(It would be so cool)
To go swimming in your pool

It would be divine
Just to spend some time
Splashing around with you"

I love your song clip. I'll be curious to see who it is ...

Is anyone ever seen "Just Another Lonely Night" by Paul Slade ?
It's LP (1984),but i can't find the tracklist...so i am not sure that this song exist.

Its a song from the ultra rare LP "Changes" 1988!

i am happy for i can help you to identified your song!
i know the feeling after a long time you can not found the song!
before i looking about 12 years for a song from the Belgium New Wave Band "Telekin" and the song "Imagination".
The day i found this record was same birthday and christmas come together!

It's definitely the song/artist. I have the cd now. But is there another version? Maybe a remix, 12 " version? To my ears it seems different, a variation if you will.

There are a bunch of samples of his music on amazon.de (sadly, not that one).

Most of it sounds like country. Unless there are two artists by the same name out there.

I order the mega rar vinyl record from phil carmen on the german ebay webside.it´s 100% the version on LP same on this songfile from Marek!
