I saw on an MSNBC special that they were always aware of his movements and whereabouts but were waiting for the best moment to capture him. Apparently he always has this huge entourage with him and the authorities wanted to have as little an altercation as possible.

I'm surprised he hasn't been arrested in connection with the Jon Benet case yet[}:)]

Aparently, no one bothered to relay that information to the Highway Patrolman who stopped him? [;)]. Seriously, though, this guy gives all of us Utahns a bad name. I'm glad they finally got him.
