Please Help Me Identify This Song

I taped a song years ago from the radio that I labeled Moving Fast by Racer X but I'm not sure if I had the name of the song or even the bands name right. I think it came out around 1986 .
Some of the lyrics are ...

"every day I see a little time go by. You can't hide the truth from those deep and flowing eyes. Can you see the lines on my face , face the clock it's getting too late. Keep moving fast don't go so slow ".

Please, can anyone help me identify this song.

Hey Tom,

Know you've been looking for this for a while. I solved it! There was a French band called Racer X, released an eponymous LP in 1984 on New Rose records. (They released stuff like The Saints, Polphonic Size, Psyche, Charles de Goal).

There is the Racer X mini-album complete in high quality, but they aren't french. They recorded in a french label, but they was coming from USA.
