If you are a previously registered user, you must do the following:

1) Click on 'I forgot my password' at the login prompt
2) Enter your username and email you registered with and submit
3) You will receive an email with an activation link. Please click it and then log in using the random password provided
4) Go to your User Control Panel and click on the Profile tab
5) Click on 'Edit Account Settings' and enter your new password twice followed by the random password provided earlier. Click Submit.
6) That's it...you're back in! You may have to log in again with your new password.

Elegant Machinery

Can anyone tell me anything about this band. I am under the impression they were a Swedish Synth Pop band that were fairly good.

Does anyone have any info, reviews, advice on whether I should pick up some of their stuff? Who could you compare them to?

Data had an album called Elegant Machinery. Are you sure E.M. was the name of the band?

Ollie Stench: There definitely is a synthpop band called Elegant Machinery. I don't think I've ever actually heard any of their material, so I can't comment on it.

Several of their CDs are available from <a href="http://www.adifferentdrum.com/catalog.

I have a song called Watching You (95er Remix). They sound very much like early Depeche Mode.

I'm a an Elegant Machinery fan, they really do have some classic songs ie: "Blind Man Dreams" and "Portrait Without Life".

Lead singer Robert Enforsen did a cover of the Farm's "All Together Now" under the guise of Enforce.

I have everything from Elegant Machinery and they are an excellent band. They started off being a Depeche Mode clone and even appeared on a Swedish DM tribute CD called "Sometimes I Wish I Was Famous". Their first 2 albums were dark and depressing, stuf
