I only recently discovered this very cool New Wave band and am looking for anything by them. Thanks in advance!

Here is their third album, from 1980.

Gosh, it's next to impossible to find anything by them. I've always wanted to hear more - especially the Inner Sleeve album! (I can't get the link to open right now...)

You never hear much about them, I think they were overshadowed by the other CBGB's bands in the late 70s.

BIG THANKS TO EVERYONE!!! Wolvie - I just tried the link for the Inner Sleeve download - it works now. Now, shall I tell you how I heard about The Shirts? Why, of course! It's sort of a convoluted story - but I bet you'll all dig it. I attend sci-fi conventions. Every year, at my home con here in Indy, I always participate in the Video Trivia Contest and Top Ten Worst Films panels. Well, this year - a clip was shown of a film I just HAD to see. That film is called "The American Astronaut". I queued it up on Netflix, and upon screening it, immediately fell in love with the quirky space-western-musical-comedy. Sos, I set about purchasing it through The Billy Nayer Show website - which is the band that features prominently in the film's soundtrack, and which also includes the film's writer, director and star - one Cory McAbee. After a coupla days, I was curious to read what other people thought of the film, sos I hit the IMDB to look it up. I meticulously pick through all the information I can find about the film - including the trivia. Behold! There was a little blurb about one Annie Golden - who plays a character in the film called the Queen Of Venus (aka The Girl With The Glass Vagina) - which stated that she had been in this early eighties New Wave group called The Shirts. Well, needless to say, my curiosity was piqued, and here I am. Thing is, I had actually heard "Laugh And Walk Away" on an 80's compilation some years ago, and loved the song. I had just forgotten until now that it was The Shirts. Anyway, there you have it - and might I add that if you're a fan of The Shirts, and want to see Annie on celluloid - please check out "The American Astronaut" - it is fabulous - far from one of the Top Ten Worst Films, and the music - by The Billy Nayer Show - is very cool as well. Rock!
