I always go with <I>Some Kind Of Wonderful</I>. It's my favorite soundtrack and a great movie.

It introduced me at a young age to some great unheard of (to me) NW artists.

All this mention of the Valley Girl soundtrack... Not including the 2 Oglio cds, there were 2 different soundtracks to this, the first one was pulled before it hit the shelves, something to do with the licencing of the songs.

I'm so glad someone mentioned "Modern Girls." I loved that movie and it's soundtrack. "But Not Tonight" has always been my favorite Depeche Mode song.[:X]

The licencing problem was because the Sparks didn't give permision to use thier songs so it had to be pulled, then they came out with the crappier one, Well, I guess it was still pretty cool.
