Looking For Scary Music

Im not talking about something cheesy or halloween like. Im talking about something really scary.

Like Merzbow on LSD- Like The beginning to the Videodrome soundtrack....The Smiling Pets....things along those lines...

something really....really...scary.

Frayo, have you heard of Santa Sabina? They're a Mexican (I think) prog rock band. They have a song called La Daga that I only heard once, about four years ago on MTV Latin. It was very intense, creepy, morbid, and scary, with a video to match. I've been looking for that song ever since. It was very cool and I think you'd like it.

Try a band called Cretin,I even put this one away.Thier latest release Freakery can be found from our frinds at Relapse and can still be had on lovely vinyl.The cover is something right out of a hillbilly b-horror flick.Good stuff.

I bought a copy of the Videodrome soundtrack in Toronto, and sadly, it's lost somewhere in my house.

Coil had a veerrrry creepy sound. The aural soundscape they created was always disturbing and unpretty, all things evil and sinister. "The Anal Staircase" is probably the most sinister-sounding song I have ever heard.
