Nothing really beats Prog Rock for long songs. The only thing that kept songs under 25 minutes used to be the technical limitations of the vinyl record (what used to be called an album side).

A few more Prog Rock marathon songs:

It would be either Prog Rock or Futurist Noise that would have songs with an above avg and beyond length. You guys have named some of the primary offenders with bands like Yes and Dream Theatre [:D] I'd add stuff by Fripp and Eno, Einsturzende Neubauten,

You're right--most NW songs are quite short.(which was always sure to bring groans of agony at listening to my too-short faves, wishing they could be longer.) Perhaps this is not exactly what you meant, but may I suggest NW tunes--remixes or not--that "se

the Church - "Is This Where You Live?" (7:38)
the Church - "You Took" (8:09)

While not 10+ minutes, one could argue that they fit the genre in that the band intended for them to be perceived as epics.

The longest 12" remix from the 80's I can think of is FGTH - Relax (sex mix) which is over 16 minutes - bit of an overkill methinks [xx(]

XXX,
that is a GREAT list. I'd completely forgotten about the old Kraftwerk & Cabaret Voltiare, and the ambient stuff on your list. Makes me want to go dig that stuff out, draw the blinds, light some incense & candles, and chill out for a bit.[|)]

Some killer tracks guys. In additional to "Bela Lugosi's Dead", my two favorites come from the early days:

Television's "Marquee Moon" - 10:40
Suicide's "Frankee Teardrop" - 10:26
