Politics and ethics go hand in hand...how can they not? Aren't we supposed to vote our conscious?

Most of the time, when I'm conscious, I vote with my conscience.

Tiger's House of Nutsacks...have you no conscious man? That's my baby! If you're looking for a fight, bring it on...I don't think you've got the stones! (to fill one of my nutsacks anyway)

Hi, I'm a Congressional page. If I get an elephant nutsack, I may get loads of unwanted attention. If I get a donkey nutsack, I may not get as much attention, but it would still make me an ass. Which one is right for me?

I got a fever, and the only prescription is more Rickenbacker.

I would say as long as you're open to having your nutsack used as a plaything, the Congressman isn't going to give a damn which one you choose.

Thanks for writing.

Hmm, I'm trying to stay off sugar so lately I've been crunching a lot of nuts in my office . . . maybe I need one of these much-vaunted nut storage devices.

I work in state politics, and if we're going to talk gross generalizations I would have to boil it down to "Rube Republicans, Dirty Democrats."

When it comes down to the day-to-day tasks of being an elected offical (ordinary stuff, not talking major scandal like Lewinsky, Foley, Abramoff, etc.) Ds are more likely to conclude that the rules don't apply to them, to take positions based on who will contribute to their campaigns rather than on good policy decisions, to lard the budget with porky little projects, and to say one thing and do another.

On the other hand, R state politicians, on average, are STUPID. You're more likely to get an honest, direct, and principled answer from an R, but it will be based on stupid principles.

Obviously, there are exceptions to these generalizations, and I've worked with many smart Rs and honest Ds.

In a perfect land, politics and ethics go hand in hand.

But looking at the world, I say that the two things are impossible to combine...

I don't think you are in need of a nutsack hexicon.
