hi there. just found this board and it looks great. ive been dusting a few cobwebs off remembering some of the songs that have been mentioned here here. im looking forward to helping out where i can
i was looking for a really obscure track called 'red rose' by the 'basking sharks' if anybody can help.

What do you know...the lp track is different from the single. I never knew that before. Having heard both I'd say the lp version is better.

What do you know...the lp track is different from the single. I never knew that before. Having heard both I'd say the lp version is better.

Most of their stuff is a bit more minimalist than Red Rose.

I could hear that now that you mentioned it. I also listened to "Diamond Age" which was offered on another thread; also enjoyed it. I enjoy minimalist stuff, although this should never be confused with "gentle wave".
