Did you bash Clinton during your prosperous years under his presidency?

By the way, say hi to Ben for me up on that fence [;)]

That's basically it.
Quite honestly I didn't see the post with "Flip". If something like that bothers you again, please email the mods or Mike P.

marie3, that's your prerogative as mod and it's only me who uses the term, as I recall. I wouldn't have mentioned it at all if not for the thought-provoking message of the highly revered, enlightened, learned, politically correct, eight6.

When you're an ass, you'll get called on it...if you don't like it, either shut up, or post a Cyndi Lauper song.

BTW, nice string of attributes...if you had even one of them, I might care about what you think.

You're funny. [:D]

And nope - I don't have any of those attributes. [V]

Are there other attributes not mentioned above that would make you care about my thoughts? Please do tell. I want to be worthy of your caring about my thoughts.

Don't worry about it though, Dar. No matter what you do, you're going to offend somebody.
Yeah. You're right. I think I should just go back to posting Cyndi Lauper songs. [;)]

If any Cyndi Lauper songs are posted please make sure they are OOP.

Hmmmm....No, I honestly can't think of anything. My prescription: cue up any "THE COLOURFIELD" song of your choice and sulk in a corner.

BUCHANAN DECLARES: THIRD WORLD CONQUEST OF AMERICA

Nice article. I never thought I'd see the day when Buchanan started making sense but the past few months he's been hitting the nail on the head. Do you think he'll run in '08?

For Christ's sake E, all you can remember about a two term president is some action he got on the side? Big deal, good for him. He was'nt the first and won't be the last. Whatever. What about something that matters, like his handling of the fever pitched terrorism in the nineties?

I think you have selective memory - I mean, objectivity.

Oh, and Motors: Who knows if Buchanan will ever run? I'd vote for him though, based on what I know right now.

Actually, I was laughing the other night that the IRS is after Wesly Snipes for tax fraud while all these illegal immigrants aren't paying a dime in taxes.
A point that needs clarification, as I deal with this situation often when they are looking to buy homes here in Arizona (yes MAS, I find it offensive to be called an Arizonan[;)]). Marie isn't the only one who brought this up as I hear it here in Arizona all the time.

Many of them do pay taxes, if they have obtained legitimate employment (and many of them do with a false social security number or after much struggle, a work VISA), they have taxes deducted and actually file taxes using a Federal Personal Identification Number- You do not need to put your Social Security number on your tax returns. I am continually surprised how many actually do this. I have no idea on what percentage actually pay taxes but there is definitely a segment that do. The employers who hire these illegal immigrants and do not pay taxes or deduct taxes is without a doubt a larger number (my guess)and a bigger issue. My point is, there is definitely a segment that works hard, pays taxes and is law abiding.
Also, Wesley Snipes $11 or 12 million dollars is probably more than the combined tax responsibility of thousands of illegal immigrants.

How can there be a segment of law abiding illegal aliens? They broke the law to get into the country in the first place. And Snipes may owe more in taxes, but I bet he's not sucking the hospital emergency rooms dry with free medical care. That is, of course, if you don't count emergency room visits that are attributable to his horrid acting.

What are you called when you hail from Arizona anyway?

Good point about the law abiding part,.... I meant after they committed their first crime! In reality, many don't use the hospital and have a very difficult time obtaining medical treatment.

After learning the location of the nearest welfare office, how to milk the hospital is the first trick illegals learn here.

It's funny to see them in the emergency room with nothing more than a cold or a bruise. I especially like when they make a family outing of it, with 10, 12 or more extended family members in tow, complete with home cooked meals brought in for the occasion.

It's as if they were all donating a portion of their citizenship to the person seeking medical help. Hilarious to watch.

Wesley Snipes is an extreme example.
The point is that if any law abiding American citizen didn't pay their taxes, they would go to jail.
I have read that the amount of tax revenue our country is losing due to illegal employment is upwards of 15 billion dollars annually.

No one is doubting these people work hard. But so do many, many Americans. We are actually worker harder to make up for the money that supports people who don't pay taxes and utilize our schools, hospitals, ect.
Listen, I don't care if the people crossing the border are Mexican, Italian, Irish, or little men from Mars. As long as they come here legally.

I don't think the little men from Mars would be a problem. They should have no problem getting a 'green' card. Agreed on the rest.
