Postby bowiestation » Sun Nov 28, 2004 6:20 pm

As I was on the hub chatting with Spartantrader, Natephish,Marilyn,Glen and Grunch,I mentioned "The Bongos".Natephish told me he scored a Bongos EP for only a buck. Then,Swampthing chimed in to let me know he has Richard Barone live and allowed me to download it.I would have never known this album existed ! Thanks to Grunch for letting me get MANY rare as hell albums from him including both Bongos LP'S and especially Swampthing for bringing this to my attention. This is Bulrushes from Richard Barone live.LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT ! Need more of you to join please ! You have no idea just how badly some of you are missing out. http://webpages.charter.net/twc5964/01% ... rushes.mp3

I know this might not be feasable for some, but, I can't stress enough how important it is to get off of Windows95/98/98SE/ME operting system. These operating systems suck and you will waste more time with them then it's worth. I recommend upgrading to

I'd never heard any of his live stuff either. Wow, that track is great, I'll need to snap some more up in the hub. By the way, the Bongos EP I picked up was Numbers With Wings. A good deal if ever one existed! :)

I think all The Bongos stuff is available in the Hub. I personally am sharing the great 1990 solo CD Primal Dream from Richard Barone, and I also have 1993 Clouds Over Eden if anyone wants me to upload that one as well. The great thing about the Hub is

Thanks for the great tune bowiestation. That's why I love you guys, you tell me what's good, and then I go get it. I don't have to waste my time sifting through a bunch of crap, and the hub simplifies it all even more.
