FIAT LUX was first introduced year in MANILA wayback early 1986 by WXB102 with the song "SECRETS". Filipino New Wavers were deprived of a copy because their materials are really hard to get on those XB days. Even the MANILA's LEGENDARY VINYL RECORD SHOP(specializes on imported records) A to Z RECORDS have their copies sold out so I got my personal copy during the 90s and I hope that one of these days we get to see their materials on CD.

Great to see Fiat Lux getting mentioned here! I would highly recommend their first single 'Feels Like Winter Again', it was a great debut single back in 1983. Maybe someone has it and could post it for you, I only have it at home.

Great posts, both sides of the single! Unbelievable!

Frank C... I'd not realised that 'Feels Like Winter Again' was over 5 minutes long! Is that a vinyl capture you have there or did it (somehow) ever turn up on a CD? I know the long outro was always there but it sounds even slightly longer on your version.... but I could be imagining things!? Brilliant post whatever!

Actually, nor did I until you mentioned it as the other version I got is just over 4 minutes.

It's from a CD-R collection which has been transferred from vinyl and cleaned up by an expert as you can hear, superb sound quality. Would be nice if there was an official one complete with a DVD containing the videos, but hopefully one day there will be.

2 points - fells like.. and this illness (b-side) were both on a rather rare CD called Cocteau Signature Tunes.
I haven't tried playing it yet, but a lady at a record fair who worked for polydor recently gave me a 6 track cassette of demos/unreleased tracks - as it's 20-odd years old it may be faded or damaged, however, although my cdr machine is in a hi-fi stack rather than on the pc i can run the music through a graphic first. if the
music is listenable i could send 'one lucky person' a copy. i just need to get hold of a decent tape player first. tba...
