Which dress should I buy?

Thanks for the suggestions, Marv (and everyone). [8D] Mr. Hex gets off cheap (this time) because I already have a cocoa-brown pashmina which will complement the dress nicely and set off the different colors of brown in the paisley shoes. Plus, a couple of years ago he gave me a pinky-brown freshwater pearl choker so I think I'm set.

P.S. Is a tequila gimlet just a more macho name for a 'rita straight up? [:D] It's not a gimlet without Tanqueray Ten in my book. [;)]

I'd say that if you are part of the PPU club you should go with the top one... cos PPU gives you that kind of lifted effect that goes well with strapless dresses and tops.
I personally couldn't wear the top one since I'm not a part of the PPU gang... the thing is that every time I mention the idea of getting a padded or push up bra... I get the following from my mum "Mechi... I won't buy you a padded bra, you don't need it!. [:p]

'rita = margarita = tequila + lime juice + sugar

So, I'm assuming that a tequila gimlet is tequila + lime juice + sugar, so it sounds the same as a 'rita straight up. But I know some guys don't like to order 'ritas since they're seen as kinda girly drinks. I like 'em frozen with salt, myself.

Travesty!!! [:0]

A proper margarita is Tequila, an orange liquor of choice, and lime juice...that's it. This business of sugaring them up and using mostly limey magarita mix is a fairly recent abomination.


A proper tequila gimlet is a TOP shelf choice like Heradura or Patron Gold, Rose juice and a lime wedge. It's not so limey like a 'rita and not so harsh like a tequila shot...it's a fantastic drink with an edge. [:p]

I never had a tequila gimlet. I will try one next time I go out. Sounds yummy.

The quality of the wine produced in Argentina is very good... especially the one from certain areas. [:D]
