Pleez Help... Motels Request

Discuss hard-to-find or out-of-print New Wave and '80s Alternative, and share a few songs along the way.
NOTE: requesting songs that are entirely unrelated to the genres discussed here or easily found on CD is strongly discouraged and posts will be enforced as needed.

My only apology on here should be to medication881 who did offer up the original reply to my post. I know you were trying to help and I do appreciate it - just didn't say it sooner.

Since then, it's the piss-poor attitude towards new members like myself who came here looking for assistance that offends me, especially from eight 6 and some others. Eight 6, As for you - it had nothing to do with you - so the insults and name-calling is totally out of line.

Up until the previous post I made in this thread I didn't even address you, I was addressing Darwinsky, the resident king of "Do as I say, not as I do" here at NWO.

You're right in one respect: your request had nothing to do with me, however, I did look for the song on Soulseek for you, which I didn't have to do. Beyond that, from what I can see, I'm the ONLY one who offered up the $4.00 so you could purchase the disc. Again, I didn't have to do that.

Your last post was worthy of a bit of an asskicking, your comments showed a lack of respect for the way the board works. I'm not interested in an apology from you, as I couldn't care less what you think of me or my opinions, however if you plan on hanging around you would be wise to show some respect for the board rules.

No, not "towards new members" like yourself, just you! You have a really annoying way you're going about asking for something. I'm in agreement with everyone else...go take a flying leap.

I have found that people on this forum have been willing to bend over backwards to help me in my quest for old music. And I will be eternally grateful for what they've helped me find.

I thought YOU were the one with the really insulting attitude. And from the reaction you got I wasn't the only one.

Yes, DOVs, that's me. Er... I didn't get that. Does that mean I do what I say I will do but I do not do what I do [?] Ah, well. Nevermind - anything you say, Dad!

No, it just means you've bitten off more than you can chew.
