Did you ever see the movie Shirley Valentine (or the play?) I think it addresses the British Tourist issue quite well!

Before reading anyones reply, I have to start with Jared from Subways voive and lips. His lips look like 2 pieces of liver. Then when he talks!!!! That lispy voice sends shivers down my spine!

Just the site of Rosie O'donnel.
Andrew McCarthy and those huge GOOGLY eyes.

Oh yeah...PLEATHER PANTS!

Oh and most of all...stupid people!People that are so fucking stupid, that you can't even reason with them. (takes a deep breath...ok stop)

People that actually function on their own plane of existance. Like parking your car across 3 spots and who cares about everyone else. Ortalking on your cell in the doctors office so all can hear. But you just don't care. AAAAAAAH!

Stupid people. (worth saying twice)

No, I haven't. It's a play or a film? I seriously despise the young British holidayers. I have absolutely no idea what prompts them to act like such obnoxious bastards when they are on the continent. I especially just think it's bad form to go somewhere then proceed to abandon any notion of propriety or follow any sort of cultural etiquette of the place in which you are visiting. They really are the worst offenders: disresepctful, loud, insulting. It's so bizarre when you contrast them with young Americans on holiday who are always (well, usually) polite and so interested in wherever they are visiting.

In the summer, we get these "bachelor groups" who come over for cheap booze and what they have somehow bizarrely predetermined to be "cheap women" (they don't ever find any). They just really irritate and offend the locals and act like such troglodytes. Not much love for the British tourists locally.

The "walking wall". 2 or more people that walk across the whole sidewalk and create a wall.

Ex-Rat - it's originally a play and then they made a movie of it in the late 80's (I think.) The second half of the movie focuses a little on a group of adult British tourists & how awful they're acting.

It's a pretty alright movie, but more on the girlie movie side of things.

"Greatest Song" games that end up with banal stuff like Rock Lobster or Time (Clock of the Heart) as winner. Scintillating. [}:)]

I find it annoying that La Belle Province of Quebec fights bitterly to defend its French language and culture while the real victim in Canada's pluralistic society seems to be the English language itself. 18% of Canadians now have a mother tongue other than English or French. English is, of course, often the only common language for communication, and in order for people of diverse backgrounds to communicate, it often gets butchered. I was standing in line at a food fair in Vancouver last week and I was equally appalled by what I heard and amazed that anyone got anything to eat. We Canadians are beginning to speak like cavemen, in my opinion.

Also, Weehawkin, New Jersey. It annoys the fuck out of me. Don't ask, but I spend a fair amount of time in Weehawkin. How can something as fucking awful as Weehawkin exist, a mere 7 minute ferry ride from midtown Manhattan?

eight6 not know what zill talk about.

Now that the "Quebecois" have been recognized as a nation, their sense of self importance will increase tenfold, as will their insufferable demands on the rest of Canada.

Fragrances. That's what annoys me. Who doesn't have a fragrance these days. Boss, LaCoste, Adidas...the list goes on. I need a fragrance of my own.

Any suggestions for an appropriate scent to bear the eight6 name? And don't bother sending me another fart in a ziploq bag Blir...you've done that already.

How about the scent of ass and feet?

Don't know why this comes to mind, but years ago one of my future ex's and I went over to one of her friends' abode's and as soon as the front door was opened, my future ex quickly told her friend that we couldn't stay and had to leave lickety split. Once we got to the car I asked her what all that was about, we had no other plans. She then told me that she got a whiff of what was going on in their house, and that it "smelled like fuck". There's a aroma for you. Find a way to bottle the smell of two people fucking, and you've got a seller. Or not.

Since moving to Texas from Hamilton, Ontario, i've noticed that very few people here know how to say you're welcome after you say thank you. They usually say uh-huh which I find rude. Also people that don't know that your and you're are different words when writing and use the wrong one over and over again, and when people say pin number, since pin is personal identification number, so lets just add another number to it.
