Pet Peeve #1: People who'll actually run a stop sign to pull out in front of you when there's absolutely no one for miles behind you and if they would of just waited another second or two they could've pulled up and stopped properly at the stop sign, then by just the mere act of coming to a proper stop, they would've by natural order pulled out behind you, but NO they had to run the stop sign just to pull out in front of you making you slam your brakes on then..then they go about 10 miles under the posted limit and then slowly in a block or two stop with no turn signal or anything to indicate what they are doing? I start looking to see if someone is slupmed over the wheel that needs medical attention then bam they make a turn. They do all of that ONLY TO MAKE TURN IN A COUPLE OF BLOCKS! COMPLETE OBLIDIOTS! Then everyone wonders why people drive so agressively and don't allow people the opportunity to pull out? go figure[xx(]
Pet Peeve#2: What happened to considerate pedestrians???what happened to jay walking citations? what happend to enforcement of laws we presently have on the books?
I'm so tired of oblidiots stepping off the curb and neandering as slow as possible across the street and expecting everyone driving to stop and accomidate this self centered oblidiot even though the do not walk light is blinking! what's up with that? why is it happening more and more often?
Pet Peeve#3:This has been touched on briefly above, but what's with people leaving huge gaps between their car and the car in front of them at stop lights? When the light finally turns green each gap represents another car who could've made it through.
Pet Peeve#4: Why doesn't law enforcement agencies enforce laws we already have in the books? It seems more and more you hear the government making more weasely back door laws to avoid supporting existing laws (ie; illegal immigrants)
alright I'll knock it off but I either witness or are on the receiving end or hear about one if not all of these daily and I'm sick of it!

I'm sort of guilty of this. I don't leave an entire car length open though. I do it in case I'm ever rear-ended, then I won't hit the car in front of me, or lessen the damage to my front-end if I do.

Probably a laughable thing to do, but it makes me feel safer.

As a half-Irish British lady who has been to America 4 times before the age of 30 I can honestly say that I didn't drink much at all and was very well-behaved, of course 2 of those times was when I visited family! But I also hate the wwhole 18-30 holiday crowd and agree with that culture sucking! It never appealed to me, it always seemed of an excuse to go out, get wasted and get laid and I can do that at home alot cheaper LOL! (Not that I do well, not too often LOL![}:)])I think Americans are more polite than the English actually!They don't stare as much either I have noticed! The big bonus for me abotu America is the toilets and streets are very clean and the meals are generous portions, you get alot more for your money in the States. If I could I'd move there! I'd fit in great I think![:)]

Tell me about it! I've had people come up to me and my mates so often! It irks me in a different way as well as I was baptised Catholic when I was a baby and went to Christian schools so not keen on people assuming I don't know about Jesus and need saving! I think people should learn about religion for themselves and maybe find a belief in God for themselves.I dont' feel the need to force peopel to believe in God if you're strong in your faith you don't need to do that and that goes for other things as well I think...[:)]
