radio class?

hi all! I'm a new member so please be gentle! I know this is gonna be super easy for someone to tell what this is, but I can't find it anywhere with the information I have.... so here goes!

So, a friend of mine told me the name of the song or group was radio class, but I have done countless internet searches (limewire, itunes, soulseek, google, you name it!) and still can't turn up anything, I'm thinking the name might be slightly off, I know it's a fairly popular song, since we even had it on the playlist at the resturaunt where I work at for a while, but it's got a really slow reverberating beat, almost the entire song is spoken, and they keep saying "this is radio (class?)"
if that is the name of the song can someone please tell me if it appears on any compilations, because the internet seems to have forgotten it[;)]
