Help with Big Audio Dynamaite Sample Origins

Postby n/a5 » Mon Dec 13, 2004 4:59 am

Can someone direct me to a site or post where the origins of all of BAD's samplings are revealed....you know like in the song Medicine Show has clips from the Eastwood flick "Good, Bad Ugly"...I wanted to see a full sampling origin list from every song...or at least form the hits. Purpose: Go back and watch or hear the original material (where the sampling came from)...gives you a deeper context for the song.

This site might steer you to the source or at least put you in touch with someone who knows. [;)]

Hey Nero,

I'm not sure how deep you want to go, but a lot of the Ridim tracks used are old standards from the Jamacian Reggae scene.

You can hear (and read about) a few here:
