off the top of my head:
Cocteau Twins' Head Over Heals, which just (barely) beats out their The Pink Opaque and Treasure albums. At least that's what I think today.

mmmmmmmm..... a tough one... the New Wave revealed only a for me, but this is a close as I can go and also a ALL TIME in no particular order

Great topic....
"London Calling" - great cover, the band looks great on the B&W pics on the sleeves, great lyrics, great music (a nice variety of styles), great songs, great message in the run-out-grooves (check your vinyl copy), was priced cheaply for

I agree with alot of these in pricipal, but there are minor details that knock alot out of the running in my book.
