Anybody else dig their music? I like Karen Dreijer's intriguing and beautiful vocal delivery. Definitely try the song "What Else Is There".

They provide very distictive sound. I like both albums. It's quite strange but an instrumental got me into them, the song ~Eple~. If you like ~What else is there~, you will probably like Knife's songs
~Marble House~, ~Heartbeats~ and ~Pass This On~

Funny, I began listening to The Knife a little over a week ago. Very powerful material. Have they released anything other than Silent Shout? Brother-sister duo from Switzerland, right? I think Goldfrapp fans might appreciate them *cough*BLIR*cough*.

edit: There's a mix of "What Else Is There" called the "Thin White Duke Mix". It's craaaaazy. AMAZING.

They're from Scandinavia, Norway I think. They released also a self-titled album, but didin't hear anything from that one.
The Knife very popular here in Serbia!

WOW! This is the first I have heard of the "the Knife", very cool so far, listening to Marble Houses now, her voice is very Bjork-esque in this track.

According to iTunes there are 3 releases and they are from Sweden:
Silent Shout - release 7/25/06 - 11 tracks
Deep Cuts released 10/31/06 - 20 tracks
The Knife released 10/31/06 - 11 tracks

I'm a huge Royksopp fan. "What Is Else Is There" was my top song of last year.

I've never heard of "The Knife", I must remedy that.

INTERESTING sounding band and hard to categorize. Some songs sound like Ambient/Chill, some is Eurotechno with a Pet Shop Boys influence, some is New Waveish...

Yeah, she sounds like Bjork mixed with Lene Lovich.

I downloaded "Only This Moment".
