Heaven 17 on Saturday Night Live??

Supposedly Heaven 17's cover of "Are Everything" was used in a skit on SNL recently. Meatballs were singing it!! Can anyone confirm?

I can't confirm it, I don't know the song - but I think the skit you're talking about was called "Cool Food."

I looked around youtube and SNL's site for a video & found nothing. From what I recall, the song was strange. It could have been that i was really tired too...didn't sound like Heaven 17 to me.

Yep..
It was the only thing that snapped me out of the stupor induced by the numbingly lame sketch about two restaurant patrons tripping on 'shrooms (hence the singing meatballs) [|)]

I'm sure they'll rerun the show in a week or two. SNL has a short turn-around for reruns lately. Jake Gyllenhall was the host.

Yes. Better than the Heaven 17 cover.

I was only watching because the Shins were the musical guest, but yeah, the Meatballs were singing "Are Everything!" Sad how unfunny the SNL skits have gotten, I wish they'd give the musical acts (well the GOOD musical acts like the Shins) 3 spots instead of another lame sketch.
