There is no way I could pick a favorite blondie tune. That's like picking which of your children you like most.

I've always been partial towards her cover of David Bowie's "Heroes." It was a live B-side of the "Atomic" 12" single, and featured Robert Fripp (King Crimson) on guitar, just like in the Bowie original.

My favorite by them will always be "One Way or Another". It was one of the first new wave tunes I ever heard on the radio, and shaped my musical taste from that point onward.

Enough sentimentality, other favorites:
"In the Flesh"
"Kung Fu Girls"
"Detroit 442"
"Contact in Red Square"
"I'm on E"
"Dreaming"
"Here's Looking at You"

<br>"angels on the balcony" and "rapture" are favorites.
oh! and "hanging on the telephone" and "atomic."
and "one way or another."

p.s. "you're" means "you are"- it's a contraction. sorry, it's a pet peeve.

Yeah, I know. Merely accidental. English wasn't my birth language. Thanks though, I love being corrected for such trivial things.[:D]
