<br>Hey this is Mike, one of the organizers.

Thanks for the thread, would have promoted here, now I know for next year!

I think the Jennifer Connelly look-alike your referring to is my girlfriend Sara: http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fu ... =108117729

She's the bassist in the Little Killers.

The Speedies CD/LP is for sale now, our website needs to be constructed: radioheartbeat.net

We have a buncha releases coming up!

20/20 were amazing!

Thanks for putting this together!
As The Speedies would say "You Need Pop"[8D]
I really enjoyed the 4 acts that I caught (Nikki Corvette/Sting Rays/Josie Cotton, 20/20, Neighborhoods and Speedies), and regret not making it Sunday night for The Go (that cd has been playing nonstop this week chez moi-can you get them back for next year[:p]), Milk 'n' cookies (ask them too[;)] and The Prambath, onegaishimasu!

Was Ian North with M n C?

Oh, and please ask Little Killers to play again since I missed them (playing)[;)]

Is there more on YouTube?? Or somewhere else.
And please ask Student Teachers, Marbles (the 3 remaining members; was it you namechecking them Friday night on stage?), maybe Polyrock, The Colors "All I Want", etc

I'll be checking Academy records (E18th and N6th) this weekend for the Speedies cd.

I work at Academy on North 6th! So, yes, there are Speedies CD's.

Might (might) have some big 20/20 news!

William (other Radio Heartbeat guy) and I will be DJing all powerpop at K&M bar on Saturday.

No Ian North! I tried and tried. He was in/out so many times it was headspinning. They were awesome, though. Justin Strauss sounded just like the record and might even be thinner now! Him and Dave Minehan have aged at half-speed!

This is a very cool flashback to two Marches ago. I had NO IDEA anyone filmed this. Awesome!

<object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/M8wf5x5Wnxw&hl=en&fs=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/M8wf5x5Wnxw&hl=en&fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>

At the very end, that just might be my voice screaming "YEEEEEEAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!" I recall being stage-right, a couple people back. [:I]

[BTW, the clip is "Nuclear Boy" for those too impatient with the minute-long intro]
