I think they are Australians...
I also know about two of their albums, called: Between the Lines and Dance Macabre-lp.

Hard to find some solid info on Dance Macabre!
Wiki tends to suggest they were an offspring of the Sydney band "SPK"
Have you tried making friends with google for an hour or so? you may find something more than I did [;)]

Nigel Russell - lead vocals, keyboards
Wes Prince - guitar
Ralph Crump - bass
Roddy Carlson - drums
The two EPs (originally on Reaction/Polygram; rereleased on CD by Universal) are all she wrote. They broke up in 1982, after which Russell formed Car Crash Set. I don't care that much for Danse Macabre, but Car Crash Set's "Breakdown" blows their entire catalogue away.
