(Don't recall these listed anywhere)

Plenty of cowbell in the Beastie's 'She's Crafty' annd 'Hey Ladies' (get.. funky..)[:D]

Some more can be heard on:
BAD - 'The Bottom Line'
Belle Stars - 'Iko Iko'
Kid Creole & The Coconuts - 'Annie I'm Not Your Daddy'
Loose Joints - 'Tell You Today'
Marc Almond - 'Tears Run Rings' (Just Rite Mix)
Ministry - 'Effigy'
New Order - 'The Perfect Kiss'
Rankin Roger - 'So Excited'
Stan Ridgeway - 'Calling Out To Carol'
Talking Heads - 'And She Was'
The Clash - 'Overpowered By Funk'
Thrashing Doves - 'Jesus On The Payroll'
Tones On Tail - 'Go!'

On a related R&R note my fave cowbell props goes to VH's 'Dance The Night Away'. (Hey Marie, ya with me on this?[8)])
