oh, and my yahoo email is working again, after the worst customer support in history. They wanted a credit card number from 5 years ago. When I said I didn't have that card anymore, they started preaching rhetorically. Strange thing, I asked where they were from, since I went from idiot #1 to bigger idiot #2 to supervisor moron and asked where they were located and they said Sunnyvale Ca...but they ALL had very distinct Indian accents. Can you say "Dell Customer Support"?
Fucking ridiculous...I ended up buying a password retrieval program and pulled all the passwoeds out of Trillian...ugh...
