Yeah...I get it. He was a nutjob. Don't turn him into the celebrity you media folk want him so deperately to be. Why don't you just let your advertisers fuck you in the ass and get it over with. You could save a lot of people a lot of pain.

Some people are just fucking crazy. Does'nt matter what music they listen to or video games they play.

I agree with that, show the teacher who was the holocaust survivor being a hero not the killer! Mind you that's like them showing the good work of the red cross rather than bombs going off in the middle East or whatever. The media seems to love the negative angle, small wonder there's so much depression and anger about thesedays, how about a nice story for a change? Oh I forgot that doesn't get viewer ratings does it. mmmph.[xx(][:(!]

I've jsut looked up NBC news site, what gets me is that he actually took a 'break' from his killing spree to mail this stuff! What did he have a to-do list soemthing like this:

1)go out and shoot people
2)Have a cup of coffee,a cig and mail that package to NBC News
3)Go and shoot some more people.
4)Kill myself

You know like regular people say buy some toothpaste, do the ironing or whatever! That's what it sounds like! Very strange indeed so not only was he crazy but evil too. What always gets me is that they plan these thign so well liek it's a project or something they seem to be smart and creative why not put that anger to good use then? I mean a person who genuinely flips and goes on a killing spree coudln't possibly plan all that which brings in the evil angle. It's like that movie 'SEVEN" where Jon Doe syas 'it's easier for you to see me as insane' I don't think insane people are capable of that. Sure they might kill soemone or themselves but it would be very haphazard I would imagine. And the depressed I hate to say this seeing as I've had depression are too lazy and apathetic! You wanna sleep or hide fromthe world til you feel better or go shopping or something nice! He's got to be a sociopath and evil too.If he was that depressed why no just skip to number 4 on his to-do list?I also hate it when people bring up Jesus or God in it, it's more liekly the devil's work isn't it?! I mena s ure alot of us get jealous of the spoilt rich but alot of them aren't so happy either are they? Plus why not go out there and get rich yourself?[xx(][:(!]

From AP

"There was no indication of why Cho chose NBC News for his message, NBC national security reporter Pete Williams said. A Postal Service time stamp shows it was mailed at 9:01 a.m. Monday, during the two hours between his first shooting at a Virginia Tech dorm and his massacre at a classroom building, which he ended by killing himself."

I smell a conspiracy......NBC needs the ratings somewhere so they pushed this kid into a psychotic rage while convincing him to send them any stuff he could.

Come on Wauk...I saw that for years playing hockey. Easy to be tough mugging for the cameras with 2 guns.

But he carried out the action, which to me says the drug addled eyes said a lot about what was going on inside. This guy was fucking certifiable. And from all reports should have been.

And Ghosty, I couldn't agree more. I'll bet that newscast had a 20 on the Nielsen scale, and that's a big number.

The worst part of it for me is that I know somplace out there is a troubled kid who's gonna idolized this whack job, just like those two lunatics from Columbine...and if one kid gets killed because NBC raced to the air with it, every person involved should hang their heads forever...

Oh, and Eight6, telling the hockey story gave me great insight into you...as the nurses said to me, "you shoulda wore a helmet dude..."
It does seem that at every turn, when there was a chance to tag this guy as a nut job, he was counseled to take the route that would leave no trace. As an example, when the police came to retrieve him for the counseling/psych review, he was told if he volunteered to go there would be no police record, however, if they had to use force to bring him in for evaluation, there would be a record of it.

Yes, let's protect everyone, even nut jobs by offering advice how to remain invisible in "the system".

Re: the helmet...it's only of use if there's an item to protect...maybe the nurses saw something heretofore not apparent to NWO board members.

Why the fuck are cnn.com and all these web sites posting those self-celebratory images of this asshole? I go there for news and have to see this fucking waste of a human? I hope others are as disgusted and will bombard them with emails about this sensationalistic crap.

I can see the point of yesterday's reporting as it shed new insight into the calculating nature of the guy, but now that it's been said, file it. What they are doing now is nothing more that a ratings/hits grab.

Absolutely. Even though it's so sad, I'd rather hear about the people we lost that day. I'm sure they're just like the students we are hearing from. Bright, articulate, good-natured, innocent. I don't think I'm even capable of expressing how incredibly sad this all is. Especially as a parent, you only want to see young people do well. Here they are in college doing something so constructive and now they're just gone. So senseless. Kinda reminds me of 9/11 in that you have all these people minding their own business only to be the casualties of some depraved lunatic. And what a loser he was [V] Had he lived, what do you do with a guy like that [?]

[:D]

It really is infuriating to see the assanine videos that this idiot sent to NBC. After the first go round, we had to change the channel to get away from it. After an episode of Entourage and this juvenile drivel was still on, the channel was promptly switched to Seinfeld. I'm disgusted at the exposure this oddball is getting.

I totally agreewith the last few posts...this guy will become another Dylan Klebold and Eric Harris, who are revered in some minds...I remember how much the long black raincoat became fashionable after those two performed their horror...

I was at Columbine a couple of years ago and still got chills just going to the track there (I was visting my Aunt and she lives about a mile away...I wanted to run and she said "Go to the high school...it's just down the street...almost crashed the car when I saw the sign with the name...needless to say I found another place to run...)

So hopefully this latest lunatic won't gain cult status with the young and troubled set...

and Eight6...the fact that members here couldn't recognize intelligence doesn't surprise me in the least...

The videos don't bother me. With that said, I saw it once and have avoided it since.

I think when a tragedy happens we need perspective and we want insight into why it happened, who did it and what was going on. The videos provide some of that for me, and I assume for the general public.

I don't have a problem with the media broadcasting it, just not over & over & over.
