Sketch Show, even though it's really YMO in a new wrapper but still very crisp and fresh sounding. Even though "blemish was kind of a let down, David Sylvian is still one of my mainstays.

Covenant are great, I feel they are keeping the tradition of New Wave alive.

Probably the first post-Wave band I liked was Elastica. I thought their first album was brilliant for its time.

I have to say that my favorite band as of late has been Ima Robot. They remind me of the bygone era of postpunk and new wave ala Gary Numan and The Cars.

I do agree that both Wolfsheim and Covenant are doing quite nicely as well.

Ah, I forgot Bis. They're a great synthpop/electro trio (who've since disbanded), but they have some great stuff out there. They did a cover of Love Will Tear Us Apart which is much more synth-heavy than the original.

Pilon, I've been trying to get the Darling Genocide stuff here in the US with no luck. Any chance we could work out a trade of some kind?

going back a few years now,I liked the bands Rialto,The Pulsars,Aqua, and Ace Of Base quite a bit.And yes I do consider all 4 of them post New Wave.Seeing how they came way later in years in the mid to late 90's,when New Wave just wasn't as big as it was b

I just picked up a CD about a week ago,by a band called Ima Robot. From what I could tell for the 30 second sample I heard they sounded pretty good. They sounded a little like Midnight Oil,but 30 seconds isn't really long enough to give a good example.Has a
