Does anyone remember the song Get Out Of London by Interferon? I loved this song, especially the 12" which I can 't find anywhere. Anyone know anything about this band?
I know they had another song called Steamhammer Sam or something like that? Does anyone know if they put out anything else worth checking out?

I too would like to thank you for sharing these files. I never dreamed that there was a mix to "Get Out Of London"!!! You made my day.

Appreciatively,

Just got through listening to my download of "Get Out Of London" and wondered if this is the full version. It seems that the song starts in the middle of the verse. I've downloaded it twice just to make sure and both start the same way. If it is no problem, would you be able to check the download and see if it is alright. This version is phenomenal and I do want the whole thing.

Much appreciated,

Jeffrey

No problem at all; I just wanted to make sure it wasn't me and/or my machine. I'm just really grateful to you for having most of the mix anyway. Hey, maybe one of our talented members could add the first part from the single release and then splice it up to your version. Just a thought.

Still, I am very thankful to you for sharing these tracks with us here.

Jeff:

The Intacontinentalballistic Mix does indeed begin like that.

I did just what you suggested years ago (splicing the A/B sides together) just because I like the song, and because I couldn't get used to the "needle drop" beginning. Keep in mind this was done years ago, so the sound quality may not be the best. Enjoy.

Man, this was so "super" of you!!! I can't wait to download and listen. Thanks for clearing up the confusion about the mix. I should've realized since the mix was really crazy, the beginning would be just as it was - a needle drop!!! Still, too bad one of the remix services didn't step up and fix this problem.

So glad you are here to fix things up.

Many thanks!!!
