9/11

Postby enzfan » Mon Sep 10, 2007 10:45 am

I would encourage those who believe in it to say a little prayer for the victims and thier families on the sixth anniversary of this tragic event. I caught the end of a documentary today that I'm sure has aired on HBO many times that dealt with children who lost a parent or parents on 9/11. It was agonizing watching a father that finally had to explain to his six year old that his mother was never comming home again. It was truely sad and did cause a few tears to run down my cheek.

I'm not a believer, but my heart goes out to the families and my friends from back when I was a New Waver in high school. John and Elizabeth, my world lost all luster when you left it.

We can never forget that day. It is easy for alot of people to forget because it is hard to think about. It was real and we must remember.I always post my 9/11 story but lets just say that it really sucked here in NY.

I was amazed at an interview of some younger girls on the TV news that didn't know what the 9/11 event was, yet they knew all of Angela Jolie's kids' names... I'm glad I don't know any of their names!
