Was at game 1 last night and was totally embarrassed by the throwing of objects on the field and the 8 minute delay. It was bad enough that there were tons of empty seats, but the morons who threw water bottles, soda cups and beer containers were too much.

Great to have the rest of the country see the "fans" of Phoenix sports.

I think it could be a watershed moment in Phoenix sports and I wasn't embarrased at all. After the Suns getting screwed over in the NBA Playoffs, I think the people here are fed up, albeit right or wrong. (And isn't a pitch right down the middle always a strike? WTF with his strike zone. OH, that's right, same ump who called him safe at home against the Padres).

I'm way more embarrased about Waving Cellphone Jackasses that seem to be at every D-Back game. They obviously got free tickets from their company, talking on the phone, waving like "Hey, I'm famous look at me, yep, that's me on TV!" Meanwhile some great baseball is going on.
Anyway, I will be there at game 2 tonight entertaining some clients. I promise not to throw anything on the field. Keep an eye out for me though, I'll be the one with the iPhone.
