Does anyone know what songs and movies are sampled in the Big Audio Dynamite song Mick's a Hippie Burning from Megatop Phoenix? I know the first song is Hole in the Ground by Bernard Cribbins (Don't dig there, dig it elsewhere) but I wondered about the rest.
