Picked up the single back in september(Tick Tick Boom)sounded like standard Hives to me, maybe the rest of the cd has a new wave feel.
I don't understand why they're touring with Maroon 5,and playing the occasional headline show, seems like an odd billing to me.
Saw them on their last tour, excellent live act!

Picked up the new cd. The Hives definitely expand their sound. There's everything from power pop,new wavey keyboards ,funk , motown and of course typical Hives garage punk. Just a fun cd to listen to.
