Funny and tasteful.A quick story on that lp.I was an apprentice autopainter in 1980 and the guy who was training me had to be 30 and was singing"Ant Music"one day and I asked him what the Hell are you on about,he then told me about some weird band on Solid Gold(I Think)he had seen perform this song, anway I went out and bought the lp and was an instant fan.

...that is pretty funny.

That album will always have a special place in my heart. a friend and I co-bought that in 1981 with as much change as a 12 year old can put together. we listened to it about 10 times and then destroyed his older brothers ELO record skeet style. no joke. one of those, "turning points in rock and roll" moments...or something like that.

That photo is great, Blir!
Do you know of anyone engaging in performance art for The Slits' "Cut", per chance?

We didn't sell a lot of records, but somehow we left an impression.
