see, that's why I like New year's so much. It's not religious, it's not Hallmark-based, it's not based on anything EXCEPT the calendar changing over. You count down, and BAM! there it is, a whole new year. And this coming year, we vote in a whole new administration! How cool is that.

The new administration better be cool, though. We could use some more saxophone-playin', chocolate-Lab-ownin' good times.

My favourite New Year's was 1999/2000 when we went to Amsterdam. The entire city was out in the streets, drinking and smoking up; it was awesome.

OK, this is pretty random. But here's to a great new Year ! (It better be, anyway.)

Dinner with our closest friends, and then dancing like a fool all night. Followed tomorrow afternoon by the, "I don't want to go pick up the kids, you go pick them up" discussion we have every New Years day as we try to drag ourselves back to the world of the living.

Happy New Year everyone!

Happy New Year everyone!

We are staying home this year. Maybe go out to an early dinner with the kids if I can shake this cold.

We usually go to my neighbors house, but I am not in the mood to socialize. So we will be playing games with the kids and watching movies. Fun, fun, fun. [:o)]

Where is Blir? Is he having friends over for cocktails? If so, why aren't we invited? [;)]

I'm fooded and drinked out Marie. 5 parties since the 22nd, and I don't know if my colon can handle any more crapping and farting.

With that image...HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Staying at home with my sweetie, drinking raspberry champagne and probably falling asleep by nine... I have to be up at 3am.[xx(]

I am in the mood to NOT have a hangover, so I'll be sticking to this yummy 100% agave:
