Every time I see this commercial it makes me want to buy a Kia less and less.

It's definitely done with a big wink! I give credit to anyone who can parody two things I really despised when they were popular ("Maniac" and "Flashdance") and make me chuckle...kind of like the "Mr. Roboto" commercials a few years back.
