What will be the opening line on the Super Bowl? I say Patriots will open as 11 point favorites.

Cha-ching. Third Tynes a charm. [:D]

Now I can go huge with the Super Bowl bets.

Early line at The Greek (one of the online books I use) is NE -13 with the total set at 55.

Don't spend it all in one place![;)][}:)] Or roll it forward to your Super Bowl bet(s)...

I'm just glad that Eli spared us two weeks of idiot Chris Berman gushing jizz all the place about his precious Brett Favre.

How amazing is it, first that two brothers were able to make it to the NFL as starting QB's, then for them each to reach the Super Bowl in consecutive years?

I'll be rooting for the Patriots and perfection, besides, if the Giants win, it means every Peyton Manning commercial will be followed by an Eli commercial. That will make all commercials, 100% Manning.

As a New Yorker, you know who I'm rooting for. Hey...maybe Eli will get his own commercials instead of riding Peyton's coattails.
You may think I'm crazy but I think The Giants have a shot.

LOL. "New Yankees...they suck!" I'll give you that one. These guys should do a "TV Party" version too:

PATRIOTS party tonight!
PATRIOTS party tonight!
PATRIOTS party tonight!
PATRIOTS party tonight!

We're gonna have a PATRIOTS party tonight!
ALRIGHT!
We're gonna have a PATRIOTS party alright!
TONIGHT!

We've got nothing better to do
Than watch the PATRIOTS and have a couple of brews

All our friends are gonna hang out here tonight
ALRIGHT!
We're gonna pass out on the couch alright
TONIGHT!

We've got nothing better to do
Than watch the PATRIOTS and have a couple of brews

Don't talk about anything else
We don't wanna know!
We're dedicated
To our PATRIOTS show!

We sit glued to the PATRIOTS game all night
And every night!
Why go into the outside world at all?
It's such a fright!

We've got nothing better to do
Than watch the PATRIOTS and have a couple of brews

Other teams games, what it's like out there…
IT'S A SCARE!
You can go see them if you want…
WE WOULDN'T DARE!

We've got nothing better to do
Than watch the PATRIOTS and have a couple of brews

Don't talk about anyone else
We don't wanna know!
We're dedicated
To our PATRIOTS show!

I wouldn't be without my PATRIOTS for a day
OR EVEN A MINUTE!
Don't even bother to use my brain anymore
THERE'S NOTHING LEFT IN IT!

We've got nothing better to do
Than watch THE PATRIOTS and have a couple of brews

Wait a minute! My PATRIOTS are losing the Superbowl!
THEY’RE SPURTIN’!
What are we gonna do tonight? This isn't fair!
WE'RE HURTIN'!

We've got nothing left to do
With no PATRIOTS and just a couple of brews

What are we gonna talk about?
I DON'T KNOW!
We're gonna miss our PATRIOTS shows!
NO…PATRIOTS…PARTY…TONIGHT….

My favorite part! [8D]

It's strange how I flip-flop my football vs baseball choices. Growing up a dyed in the wool Rams and Dodgers fan, it's been tough up here in the northeast. I lean Red Sox 'cause I get to go to a few Fenway games a year, but I lean Giants 'cause another group of friends pile into a Suburban and do the occasionally tail-gating all the way down to the Meadowlands. And frankly, I've found Giants and Sox fans to be the friendliest while Yankees and Patsies ones are usually fucking obnoxious. Biased perspective I'm sure.

It may be hard to believe, but before Kraft bought the team and Bledsoe and Parcells showed up, they were the no. 4 team in many N.E. sports fans minds. No sellouts and tv black outs.
