The odd world of the narcissist

That's probably what some of our most famous and longest-running stars are - complete narcissists. I guess you can't become that big without getting just plain weird. Great read on on a roadie's experience with Morrissey...

I've read strange things about Morrissey before but this is just bizarre.

It also reminds me that I heard on the radio the other day that Lenny Kravitz has been celibate for 3 years and is planning to wait to have sex until he gets married again. Huh?!? WTF ?!? Isn't part of being a rock star getting all the poon you can? And Lenny is a poon magnet! What's the point of this?

Of all of the desirable qualities of poon, being green is not one of them.

We didn't sell a lot of records, but somehow we left an impression.

Morrissey helps prove what I've been saying this since my younger days:

Too many vegetables are detrimental to your personality!

You can stuff your bean sprouts up your nose. A nice Porterhouse will help to balance things out. Go vegan at your own peril.

<p align="justify">If I had a cook putting together vegan meals for me all the time, I wouldn't miss eating the dead critters. Since I have to fend for myself and the majority of the menu choices are for carnivores, then I have very little choice in the matter (although I think the last time I ate any sort of meat was back in late December[}:)] ).

There are some bad, bad people on the right...and apparently the left too.

Andrew, if you read this, this is the best thing that could have ever happened to you. Now you can go tour with musicians in possession of actual talent. "Bring me the beef," indeed.

I'm not at all surprised at this.
Years of reading Smiths and Morrissey's biographies have taught me one thing: Morrissey is a genius but at the same time he's like the classical drama queen from high school that believes he can get away with everything just for being who he is.
