You gotta love the $1 bins at your local record store, anyway I picked up this album titled 'Put It Down To Experience' by Darling released in 1979 on Charisma records and it's quite good. I love lead singers Alice Springs' vocals and there are a handful of standout tracks on the album as well. Anyone have any additional information on this band? "Do You Wanna," "Voice On The Radio," "Precious Cargo," "The Word Is Out" and "Slot Machine" are my favorites on the album.

Ok that's a well hidden secret of the so called ''Glam Punk''.Alice Spring came from tough british rockers Slack Alice, and Jake Hooker from the 70s glammy pop rock combo The Arrows known for the first version of Joan Jett's ''I love Rock n' Roll''.Very nice album really!

One things for certain Yachtingtype (cool alias) whom ever this Firefall person is is right on the money.I have had a few inquiries answered by this person and they are more than helpful.
