Apparently the big, loud, attention seeking proclamation of exit gets alot of mileage. Still, I think I like it better than the silent, shameful, tail-tucked-between-the-legs exit strategy. And who can forget the false proclamation retreat? That final post of glory that gets deleted almost as soon as posted?

Heya Blir, thanks for the 5th anniversary reminder. What a five-year rollercoaster it's been, but to all of you old timers who are still actively participating ... my hat goes off to you![8D]

I'll do what I can to keep this place running at least until the Next Next Wave takes off while we're cashing our social security checks (or perhaps not) and reminiscing about the novelty of digital downloads and the rumors of an Interpol reunion, new releases from U2 and R.E.M. notwithstanding.[:D]
