I can't believe how late I was to start bittorrenting & watching this show. I love it! I watched the original 2 series of "Life on mars", so it was good to see Gene Hunt and his antics again.

The soundtrack is top notch on this show. Funny to watch this show and already have 60% of the soundtrack already on my ipod.

However, what's the song playing in the 1st episode when Gene rolls in his pimpin' Audi Quatro in the 1st 10 minutes?

The 1st season is already over & I'm lookin 4ward 4 next season
of Ashes to Ashes & what more music they will add 2 the soundtrack.
It would be cool 2 see more club scenes.
I saw the teaser for the American version of "Life On Mars" & it just dosen't have the punch like the Brit original & the guy playin
the Gene Hunt chrachter is no where near as good as Phil Glenister & Co.....
It'll be interesting to see if it takes off & what the soundtrack will sound like since the American version takes place 1 year earlier than the Brit version, in 1972.

Now that the series is over, we can now start hunting the tracks.

Somewhere in my bookmarks at home there's one to the A2A wiki. It lists ALL the tracks used on the show(even if it's brief). It would make a wonderful compilation.

I gotta hop to it.

The overly thick accents wore on me a bit watchin, but still a decent show. Plus any show or movie that can go without inserting a sickening rap soundtrack gets a thumbs up from me anyways.
