Tumor actually started 40 years ago. Ted kept it in check by routinely killing brain cells with Scotch therapy.

That and there wasn't much for the tumor to feed on to begin with.

Harvey Korman gets cancelled today. Was great in Blazing Saddles and The Carol Burnett Show. Here is a clip of Tim Conway and Harvey, he doesn't stand a chance against Conway in the bit.

[:(]

My parents watched "The Carol Burnett Show" when I was a kid. I was too young to get it, but I really, really wanted to go hang out with the cast because I could tell they were having such a good time.

Today, I love to watch the show--it's as much of a hoot as it looked like all those years ago.

Some of the funniest scenes where of the cast trying to contain their laughter. There was and is nothing like it. Harvey will definitely be missed.

Life's what you make it.

I still laugh to this day.

As Slim Pickens in Blazing Saddles would say "What in the wide wide world of sports in going on here?". Jim McKay longtime ABC sportscaster and journalist takes a permenant leave of absence today.

[/quote]Jim McKay deserves a separate topic all to himself. Man I loved watching WWOS when I was a kid.

My pick: Legendary basketball coach John Wooden, still going at 98.

George Carlin gone yesterday, but we still have Bob Saget. Just doesn't seem like a fair trade off. Game continues.
