Wow...it's been a while since I have checked the seating chart for the Garden--it's really cool because they show you a photograph from the section's perspective! Sec 306 ain't so bad[:p] I'm just happy to be there [:)]

I'll be there in section 230. Not sure where that is, I think straight back. Does anyone know the deal with the opening act? I hear there is one from people but I can't find it anywhere. Nothing against the opening band, whoever they may be, but I could use the extra time to get there. I also hear they are playing three hour shows.

Didn't check back the thread before the show. Was in Sec. 81. Great seats even if it took the section a while to warm up.

Wush I'd seen cubby's post, too. Hoping Fuse is repeating tonight so I can DVR (on a train home as I type). Looks like they're replaying it for sure in July and later this year, either way.

Almost a full 3 hours. Surprised given how crazy the unions are at MSG/Radio City with doube or triple time after 11pm.

Killer set. Of the new ones, was particularly impressed with Sleep When I'm Dead live.

Section 81...nice...just about ideal seating. From higher up, we were noticing how especially the front floor section looked pretty dead at first - not a lot of movement through the first half of the concert. Really fun gig though. Kinda odd that I really didn't think about going until I saw Roosky's post, then it was like "of course, I gotta go to this" - big thanks for hooking me up. Really fun company along with a couple of friends that were able to join in as well. It's uncanny that whenever I've gotten together with NWO folks, it feels immediately comfortable, as if we've known eachother for a long time. [8D]

I think I might have one complaint about the gig, but I can't actually put my finger on exactly what that is though. First, the 3 hours goes by really fast - a measure of how pleasant and listenable the performances are. Old Bob's voice is still perfect - really sparkling, never missing a single note. I wonder though if it's just all too pleasant and too listenable. It's all great and catchy pop craft here. Maybe it's a bit too familiar and too easy - not really challenging enough. Or maybe I'm not used to such big venues anymore and felt a little detached.

Whatever the case, these are all more niggles than complaints. It was a blast. My highlight was probably "Just Like Heaven" - [i]show me, show me, show me how you do that trick, the one that makes me screeeam, she said...[/i] - the biggest singalong of the night and certainly an absolute blast singing along with Roosky and the gang. Thanks again!

Saw their performance on FUSE last nite. Not bad. Showed an hour of their set, a lot of new songs. My only question is "why no keyboardist?" and then how did The Walk and Charlotte Sometimes sound with no keyboards??

BTW, we got in just a fraction late. Was there actually an opening band? If so and if it was 65daysofstatic like it was elsewhere, were they any good? I'm wondering if they just went right into it given ebbhead's mention of unions and whatnot.

My tickets sit here unused for a few reasons, capped by Staten Island public transportation and the fact that the people who run it sometimes decide simply not to run the one bus an hour heading to midtown Manhattan. What was supposed to be us getting there a little late turned in to me giving up and going home when I realized I'd see about 20 minutes of the show if I was lucky. I'll bring myself to watch the Fuse footage on my dvr when some time passes. Glad every one had a good time though, I'm real curious to hear those new songs.

BTW, How much are they charging for tix for this tour, does anyone know? Plus, sure hope someone close to them comes to their senses and puts Vegas on the schedule for a tour stop, we miss Rob and the boys.
