Just remembered one of my favorites: Magnet and Steel by Walter Egan. It just seems like a sexy song to me. I think it reminds me of being a horny junior high kid.

I'm really hooked on Swingtown & there are a ton of crappy 70's ballads on it. The one I had forgotton all about was "Love Will Find a Way" from Pablo Cruise. Awesome song!

Yes, a lot of this type of thing ends up on the "Worst Ever" lists and rightfully so. Still, there are a few I like for whatever reason.

Wolvie, I think the "Dance With Me" song you're thinking of was done by Orleans, singers of "Still The One" a.k.a. the late 70's ABC network theme song. I'm a little embarassed that I know that.

When Neil Diamond first heard this he must have wondered, "When did I record THAT?" I have to admit to liking this one.

Man, all those soft-rock bands blend into one another for me...same sound, same type of singer, same feel good chipper chorus - same horrible addictive qualities.

I hated all these songs when they came out, but I can listen to many of them today and actually like them....what's up with that!?
