Mostly Friday stuff up right now. Hopefully some of the Saturday headliners and up-n-comers later.

Great link. Watching the Editors bums me out I missed them in January. What's up with all the flags? It makes for a good visual, but if I paid big bucks for a ticket I don't want a big flag waving in my face.

Thanks for the link. I watched the Editors too. Had to laugh at the embedded player. Obviously the loudest since it goes up to 11.[;)]

Holy shit, the Band of Horses clip gets off to an electrifying start with the wicked "First Song". Very nice.

What's the name of the opening song in The Editors set? I like it a lot, and to be honest, don't know any of their material.

Just watched the set by Elbow. Makes me want to dig deeper into their material more than the couple songs I know. Not real raucous, but an interesting listen.

Why do you say that? They,(PAD) along w/: My Chemical Romance and Fall Out Boy are some of the biggest horseshit bands on the planet. They know nothing about good music, none of those bands are any good, sorry.

Those type of bands are lucky I dont go to these events they're @< I'd be bombarding them w/garbage, as they are garbage. Little kids buy their records, the ones who shop @ Hot Topic and think people like Avril Levigne and the like are "Punk"[:(].

How would you know if you've never listened to them? Have you listened to Panic At The Disco's (PATD) latest CD? Have you seen how many hits their myspace page has?

Coop, I work @ a place where I'm afforded the chance to listen to the entire discs of many of these groups, and what I said in that previous post is right on: They all pretty much suck. They're too busy trying to claim they like "so and so" to get you to buy their shitty music, or making a cover of some song they shouldnt be, instead of learning to play their instruments well. Trust me when I say....in 5 yrs...no one will give a shit about :PATD, FOB or MCR, they will not.

Who gives a shit how many "hits" they have on their Myspace page, that makes them good?

A Flock Of Seagulls dont have nearly the hits/friends these clowns do, and yet, 95% of music fans know who they are, some 20+ years later...can we say the same for the bands I just mentioned? I doubt it. When I think of great bands...those 3 dont come to mind.
