Has anything ever been decided? I'm planning on flying to NYC for the 9/11 anniversary (living in Los Angeles I haven't been able to see the spot lights or any other 9/11 commemoration). I plan to be there from that Thursday (the 11th) to that Sunday (the 14th).

This would be quite fun, actually.

I'll talk to MikeP on Thursday (if I remember...and if he shows up) and see what his thoughts are now. We've spoken about it a few times and he's really up for it as far as I remember.

OK, that will be way cool! Looking forward to it... My scooter club's concert is the weekend of Aug 8/9/10th in LBC: 8th @ The Cellar, 2 Power Pop bands and 10th @ Alex's Bar all day, and the main concert is @ The Airliner (Club) in Los Angeles on Broadway in Lincoln Heights on the 9th with Power Pop/Ska/Rocksteady/R+B/Soul/Psych. bands...

If anything happens, let me know. As expensive as gas is, and if it's not a weekend I have commitments, I may drive down. If not, let's try to plan next year. I'd argue just do it in L.A. (for next year), and just go from there, if that's the case.
