Found that old post that gives the correct timeline. Entry on Renascent's site was:
1/2/07 - our license with Warner Bros for the 3 Sound albums - Jeopardy, From The Lions Mouth & All Fall Down - has expired and they are now deleted. Warners will be releasing them on the original Korova label later this year. It's been a privilege...

I find it amazing these are so hard to get these days. I lent out my copy of SCREAMING BLUE MESSIAHS - Gun Shy ('86) in college and never got it back. Who'da thunk?!?! C'mon WEA lets get this stuff out sometime this century. Gun-Shy is a great album if I remember correctly.
Sony could definitely put out the Red Rockers - Condition Red album properly on CD. Perhaps Wounded Bird can too... they put out all the other stuff on 415/Columbia... why can't this album see the light of day is beyond me. It is a classic punk LP.
The Telex LP on Sire would be nice.

One of my major beefs with the labels has always been how they shit on the fans so much. They basically lollygag when it comes to giving us anything like this(reissues), however...need the new Avril Levigne? we got 200,000 copies for you, just call them.[:(!][:X][}:)]
